“I attended Rensselaer because of its well-known engineering program and countless opportunities. There are so many great resources from lab buildings to the facilities in ECAV. I was looking for a school where I could play basketball but still prioritize academics and Rensselaer was the perfect fit. – Heather Converse (September 2020)

Benefits of undergraduate community:
“Everyone looks out for one another and you can always count on your friends and teammates to help you out, either with school or on the court.” – Sara Alrashed (July 2019)

Also, networking with peers and getting ideas of what they are doing/what their plans are for the future gives me ideas of what I may want to do going forward.” – Brielle Sharry (August 2019)

“RPI has an incredible network of alumni and opportunities, especially for athletes, to prepare you. Along with this, the people you meet become family.” – Erin Doyle (September 2020)
